Anyone headed to Dallas this summer and looking for a luxury lease knows you must have a luxurious pool to survive our summers. So I did a quick sampling of what’s available and culled out all of those beauties without a pool to present you with some excellent options that I’d dive into in a heartbeat.

If you want to be in a beautiful setting but closer to downtown, you cannot beat Place des Vosges. It’s one of the most elegant neighborhoods in Dallas, private, gated, and you’ll feel as if you are in a Parisian arrondissement instead of just off Turtle Creek.

It’s like stepping into another more gracious time. You’ll even feel elegant dipping into the luxurious pool. 5943 Walnut Hill Lane
Are you looking for a Wow factor? This French chateau-style mansion at 5943 Walnut Hill Lane in Preston Hollow is all drama.
