Today we’re headed out to Royse City to take a look at this total cutie. Since it’s likely a community that you don’t know a ton about, sit back, relax, and soak it all in as we detail this suburb that is – according to Caple & Company’s Melanie Caple – a 35-minute straight shot to Dallas.

Royse City is just beyond Rockwall, and what draws people out there is the easy living, larger lots, and chance to get away from it all. It’s also a more bang-for-your-buck kind of city. And this house proves it.
