Pop Your Pinkie And Live The Life In This Custom Warrington Condo

The Warrington is an established, high-end high-rise in Turtle Creek. It’s where Highland Park goes to downsize. Expectations are undeniably high and this gorgeous building with the show-stopping lobby delivers.

Ebby Halliday’s Dennis Hammett said The Warrington is one of his favorite Turtle Creek residences. He said there’s simply no other building that offers the level of service and attention to detail. Not only did he call out the staff as the best in the city, he specifically mentioned the onsite manager, Jennifer Nichols, as one that can’t be topped.

Hammett said service in high-rise buildings is basically everything. His best advice for clients? Go to the property you’re interested in, pull up, step out, and get a feel for what it’ll be like to come home day after day. See how the lobby makes you feel, how the staff greets you, and how well kept the grounds are. Again, The Warrington is aces.

If you’re not already sold on this condo, the details of No. 10G will very likely push you over the edge. It was updated by well-known Dallas builder Nickey L. Oates and as Hammett put it, it’s a masterpiece.

Let’s start in the kitchen with Cantoni Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Wolf appliances. The backsplash is custom glass. It’s painted on the backside to give it that brilliant color that’s unlike anything you’ve likely ever seen.

Both bathrooms are modern and fresh, but in totally different ways. The secondary bathroom has dark marble that feels like a forest retreat. Whereas the primary bathroom is white and bright and ultra-contemporary with textured walls to add contrast and interest.

The flooring is a total wow-wow-wow. Hammett said it’s high-end Mirage wood flooring and we’re into it. It’s light and muted, but gorgeous and again, the exact opposite of run-of-the-mill. Which is, of course, a running theme with this condo unique in all the right ways.

Finally, let’s talk balcony. It runs the length of the unit and you can set an entire bistro out there. The wall of windows looks out over Turtle Creek and clear to Downtown Dallas. While the views might be match by other condos in this building, there’s no way the interior even comes close.

Do yourself a major favor and give Hammett a call. He has 3831 Turtle Creek Blvd Apt 10G listed at $679,000. It’s 1,581 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
