Quarantine Like A Rock Star In This Keller Rental

Share News:

Knowing what we know now, a home like this one in Keller’s Rolling Wood neighborhood is the perfect spot to be stuck with family.

A Realtor asks a young couple, “Can you see yourselves being quarantined here?” in an internet meme that just a few weeks ago seemed funny.

But here we are, a month in since federal government and local regulations have either strongly suggested or mandated that we stay inside our homes due to the international spread of COVID-19.

Who wouldn’t want to reenact that scene from Beauty and the Beast where Belle coasts through the bookshop on a rolling library ladder?

Knowing what we know now, a home like this one in Keller’s Rolling Wood neighborhood is the perfect spot to be stuck with family.

The traditional home, built just last year, is worth a cool million, so the lucky family to snatch it up as a rental is in for a treat. The lease price is $6,500 per month.

Pulling Out All The Stops

The home is worth the rent price simply for the “handsome study” with a built-in library wall and rolling ladder.

It also boasts five bedrooms and five and one-half bathrooms.

The 4,500-square-foot layout features French doors, an abundance of natural light, and an oversized living room.

“The gourmet kitchen is a work of art in itself with designer backsplash and lighting, quartz counters, top-of the line appliances, island, and farm sink,” said Realtor Barbara Pantuso of Keller Williams Realty, who is leasing the Rolling Wood home.

The downstairs features a media room, while a versatile game room is the highlight of the second floor. Both upstairs bedrooms have their own bathroom.

“Outdoor living is a dream year-round thanks to the stone fireplace and outdoor kitchen with built-in grill, undermount sink, and fridge,” Pantuso said.

Again, can you imagine yourself being quarantined here?

School Daze

The family-oriented Keller community is perfect for a family looking for a large home in a great school district.

Working off the assumption that one day our young people will, in fact, return to in-person schooling, they’ll attend Keller ISD campuses.

Liberty Elementary, Keller Middle School, and Keller High School all have A and B ratings from txschools.gov

It may be a far cry from the rock star homes that awed us in the 1990s, but this Rolling Wood abode has room for big family meals, a place to share a board game or a comedy flick, and plenty of space for forced family time. Somehow these days that sounds like a blessing.

Barbara Pantuso of Keller Williams Realty is leasing 3016 Rolling Wood Lane, Keller, for $6,500 per month.
