Funny coincidence that this week’s Inwood National Bank Home of the Week is steps away from the long-time home office of the Dallas-based banking institution that was established in 1964. It’s also walking distance to the dining, entertainment, and shopping in Inwood Village. But we really chose to feature the Bentley Place villa on Inwood Road at W. University Blvd. because of this: the rooftop patio for al fresco dining and entertaining that’s so inviting looking from inside, you’ll be pulled by its allure.
We certainly were when we held a CandysDirt.com staff party at the beautifully appointed villa next door to this one. And yes, alluring is a great word to describe the 2018-built Bentley Place, a luxury eight-villa community of elevator-ready, three-story homes in Greenway Parks. They were designed by Allan Ross, principal of Waal Architecture, who is known for award-winning projects throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, North Africa, and the UAE. He created Bentley Place as a unique blend of luxury with top-of-the-line appliances and high-end finishes with low maintenance living and green efficiency.
Walk in to find impressive high ceilings and a sweeping view of the first floor that features an open living area, dining, gourmet kitchen, and master suite. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances including gas cooktop, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and built-in refrigerator/freezer.
The master suite is situated off a small foyer by the living room and features two walk-in closets, standalone shower, vessel tub, and LED mirror lighting that’ll make you look good in nearly everything.
