This Midway Hollow French Country Has a Multi-Faceted Personality

Don’t mistake the stone facade, rustic dark wood, and steeply pitched gables of this Midway Hollow home as French country and nothing more. Inside the team at Platinum Series Homes by Mark Molthan did an amazing job renovating this 2007-built home, transforming the once-traditional European styling into a light and modern aesthetic for today.

The home at 9415 Monteleon Court is located in the gated community of Villas of Montclair at Northwest Highway and Midway near the Bachman Creek Greenbelt. The four-bedroom, three-bath, and two half-bath home has 4,313 square feet spread across two floors, with a downstairs master suite and three oversized bedrooms upstairs.

Mark Molthan’s team got to work updating the flooring, redoing the kitchen, and adding additional square footage to the master closet. Now, “It’s one of the most spectacular closets you’ll ever see,” Healy says. Only bummer is there’s no photo of the closet, so you’ll have to hit up Rogers for a tour.

They lightened up the previous dark cabinetry in the kitchen and throughout the bathrooms in favor of crisp white cabinets and tile backsplashes. The kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a double oven, gas burner stovetop, built-in microwave, built-in refrigerator, and even a built-in coffee maker.

Monteleon Court is listed for $849,000 by Rogers Healy of Rogers Healy and Associates. See more photos here on the listing.
