Anything that costs $11,000 a month to rent might seem extravagant but this luxury lease in Westlake offers a good balance between “home sweet home” and “explicit lyrics rap video.”

Before you start popping bottles, check out the photos of this elegant home at 2211 Cedar Elm Terrace in the Keller school district.

It’s high-class living, no doubt, with a prime location in the gated Vaquero golf community. Realtor Bradley Crouch of Engel & Volkers Dallas Southlake calls the 4,048-square-foot home “enchanting and meticulously maintained.”

“This home has it all – exclusive location, luxury lifestyle, and exemplary schools,” Crouch said.

Thai food, pizza, LA Burger, Oak Street Pie Co., Cajun cuisine, and barbecue joints are within a few miles.

Party on the patio

With three bedrooms and three and one-half bathrooms, this lease is ideal for a family waiting on a home to be built or just looking to enjoy the warm weather poolside.

The backyard features a covered patio with an outdoor fireplace and built-in grill overlooking the pool and spa. The lush greenspace rounds out the secluded outdoor area. If you’re not having your morning coffee or serving a meal to soaking-wet youngsters after a dip in the pool, you’re missing out on all this spot has to offer.

For those who prefer the great indoors, the downstairs master bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, a standalone tub, large walk-in shower, and his-and-hers closets.

You hear that? You get your own closet.

A-plus school district

Kiddos will be heading to school at a Keller ISD campus. Florence Elementary, Keller Middle, and Keller High School all are less than four miles away.

Florence Elementary School met all Texas Education Agency standards but fell short on a few distinction designations. Keller Middle School met all standards but earned no distinction designations. Keller High School met all standards and earned three of seven distinction designations.

Bradley Crouch of Engel & Volkers Dallas Southlake is presenting 2211 Cedar Elm Terrace for $11,000 per month.

Residents actually have a choice in schools; yes, they are zoned for Keller, but most in the neighborhood go to Westlake Academy, which is nationally ranked.

Since it’s in Westlake, shouldn’t Westlake Academy be mentioned?
