Las Colinas Condo Completes Many Holiday Home Lists

Las ColinasAh, Las Colinas —  we rarely make our way over there, and honestly, we’re remiss, because it’s a great enclave of Irving with plenty of entertainment, dining, and shopping, and the dirt is still fairly reasonable, too.

Take, for instance, our Thursday Three Hundred this week. In our quest to find homes with great holiday decorating possibilities, we came across this great one-story condo at 4638 O’Connor Court, just a hop and a half a skip from the Las Colinas Country Club, and an easy drive to everything your heart would desire.

With 2,098 square feet of living space, and two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one powder room, this home gives you the price point of a fully-loaded condo, but the feel of a substantial home.

Nell Anne Hunt with Ebby Halliday-Irving/Las Colinas/Coppell said that this is the most popular floorplan for this condominium development, and benefits from gorgeous lake views.

“The patio overlooks the Las Colinas Country Club,” Hunt said, “and there is a bridge to walk to the club.”

And the views don’t just happen outside the home, either.

A gourmet kitchen boasts granite counters, an island, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. It’s spacious enough to make any home chef happy and has enough room conversation while dinner is cooking, too.

Santa won’t have to walk through the front door, either. A great room features a beautiful fireplace, high ceilings, French doors that lead to the wrap-around patio and porch, and lots of built-in bookcases. Plenty of windows provide great potential spots for that Christmas tree, too.

The master suite is spacious and has plenty of room for a sitting area. The en-suite has a big soaking tub and a large separate shower, as well as plenty of vanity space for two to get ready at the same time.

“This condo is safe and beautiful and conveniently located,” Hunt said, adding that the neighborhood is gated, and has a security patrol.

This Las Colinas condo is priced at $375,000 and has been on the market a mere six days.
