Another impressive stop on the tour – 2315 Routh Street

“This is a tremendous occasion to hear firsthand from Patricia Meadows as she shares some interesting stories on the renaissance of Uptown and the State-Thomas neighborhood,” Crews said. “She and her husband Curtis were among first settlers to relocate out of the Park Cities and have the vision to build a beautiful home in State-Thomas. Did they build the house at 2315 Routh St.? Is it a reproduction of an earlier property?

2315 Routh. Street is indeed original construction and one of the oldest homes in Dallas.
It has been fully renovated yet retains many original features including an incredible stairwell. A basement has been converted to a wine cellar and the updated kitchen is amazing. Must see !
