An “O” House is a home so fabulous you have to drop whatever you are doing (yeah, even that) or holding, including your nail file, to look!

Are you sick of your HOA? Then why not get some neighbors who cannot talk back, who cannot borrow a cup of sugar from you (carbs anyways, you don’t have a single packet in the house), cannot crank their music up, have pesky kids or Gold Crown valets parking cars to block your driveway.

Why are these neighbors so wonderful — they seem PERFECT! Because they are dead!

That’s right, 2824 Hall Street is a European-flavored brownstone in the honeypot of Uptown, right across the street from Greenwood Cemetery.  Not only will you never have pesky neighbors there — unless, perhaps, of a more spiritual nature… your view of downtown Dallas is uninterrupted in all her glory from every single view south. Oh and wait till you see the deck! And the four car garage!Voila 2824 North Hall Street, marketed by Clay Stapp, who says everyone has heard about this home, but few have seen it,

I think they were designed by Ogelsby? I went through the them with consideration of finishing them ( with a custom builder and John Zouzelka ) . Design was flawless! Still is! Never have forgotten them. Stunning place.
