This looks to be another quality project by Harwood International.
They have always produced first class buildings.

Bravo to architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte for designing this contemporary creation to complement the Dallas skyline! To my knowledge, our Dallas skyline has the 2nd most pritzker prize winning architects in the Nation. The Bleu Ciel and the HARWOOD District will be what Museum Tower is to Woodall Rodgers Park, and what the future Windrose Tower will be to West Legacy near the 5 billion dollar mile.
Bleu Ciel will be an icon in Dallas HARWOOD District creating a well needed walkable urban existence with seamless accessibility to countless amenities. I’ve personally launched several buildings in Florida and Bleu Ciel is no exception to excellence. Texas is ever-changing and everyone is moving here. With the jobs, low taxes, & strong economy….TEXAS IS AMERICA’S FUTURE!

Prioritizing walkability, green spaces and on-site amenities at this scale will be a game-changer for North Texas.
