Update July 1: Looks like the comments section has gone away.
Have you seen the comments section on the oculisolution.com website? This is definitely something anyone interested in real estate ought to see and maybe participate in. You do have to register with your name and email address. It is interesting to see the comments and viewpoints, which is the whole point of creating this site. Some are pro oculisolution, some are not. Right now, many more are not in favor of Museum Tower completely replacing the Nasher’s oculi but rather replacing MT’s glass or adding louvres. Hopefully the conversation will spur a mutually-agreed upon outcome, we hope.
Realtors do not show the Museam Tower. Warn your prospective buyers about serious potential litigation and property value loss. The tower is stigmatized by the negative press and ill will. I predict a dismal future and foreclosures for the tower unless something is done quickly. Also current homeowners beware.
What potential litigation? What would this litigation be for?

As a Realtor I would advise my buyers of the now-long history of discord and hostility between MT and one of the city's most treasured landmarks. As Mr. Morgan below states, potential for litigation is clearly present. There are lots of other superb highrise towers with availability for buyers to consider that do not face these existing and possibly existing black marks.

I just don't understand what you could sue for. No one has a right to control air rights — Barbara Streisand learned that! http://www.thesmokinggun.com/documents/celebrity/barbra-sues-over-aerial-photos
