Reminds me of Ryan Gosling's house in Crazy, Stupid, Love. One of my favorite movies! Absolutely love the courtyard in the middle, what a great house to gather after a night in Uptown! Plus, it's a stone throws shot away from the Tollway. Not too far down Oaklawn is Equinox in Highland Park, the best gym EVER (Telos is pretty great too). I would do just about anything to flip my townhome for this architectural gem!

Jeff: I wonder if you had stacking units you could enclose them? That seems like a better solution to me. They just seem so ugly with nothing built around them, almost like an afterthought.

Proof positive that you don't have to have a lot of space to have a stunning home. This one is a winner. I saw it in MLS when it was first listed and thought it would be gone soon… which it will. The old adage is true: great design doesn't cost, it pays.

@Joanna: That might work. I think this house is absolutely stunning, just seems weird to me having them stuck in the bathroom, almost as if they said oops, forgot to plan for that. Then again, I live in the 'burbs and am accustomed to my casa, which has a HUGE room for laundry/storage.
