O’Neil Ford Home on Hillcrest Complete and Ready for DHome Photo Shoot!

I love happy endings. I toured this home over a year ago, right after Ellen Terry sold it in April of 2009 for $1,275,000 — significantly marked down from $1,835,000. (Still a good deal: the seller, John Janik,  paid $749,000 for the property in 2004.) The new owner then began a massive restoration and renovation with builder extraordinaire Marc Kleinmann, who took me through the home before one piece of terazzo, one interior brick wall, was tapped. Now, the home, which is right down the street from me, is ready for her coming out party in one of my dearest pubs, D Home. Shooting begins next week and I can hardly wait!
