Tuesday Under $200,000: the Magic of Midway Hollow — Dallas Real Estate News

Share News:

You know Midway Hollow is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Dallas—we almost lived there, and now my daughter is eyeing the area for her next move. I would definitely steer her to this honeypot of a renovated cottage at 4047 Glenridge, nice quiet secluded street. The landscaping is to-die for and has what everyone wants: hardwood floors, updated bath, subtle designer colors and warm updates throughout. Love the cool blues (and the SLATE FLOORS!) of the updated kitchen with requisite granite, stainless appliances and clear maple cabinetry. Added bonus is the enclosed porch for an office, craft room or additional storage. And like all Midway Hollow homes, you get a huge, leafy backyard and with this listing, a large deck.

Now I cheated a little here — this home is $225,000 but it is so darn cute. What’s $25,000 when interest rates are so low and … you are young and in love?
