Homes are getting smaller and people are downsizing…are you kidding? The latest fad in home design: homes with a gazillion bathrooms. The Los Angeles Times reports California Real Estate brokers who cater to the rich say their clients are now asking for homes with at least two bathrooms for every bedroom.
I think I say this every week: this is the best part of my job, seeking out affordable homes that are so dang cute you just want to eat them up. Look at this YUMMY angel at 11110 Flamingo in Lochwood, east of Lochwood Blvd. $239,000 — practically free! First of all, I love the addy because Dyslexia here cannot possibly reverse those numbers. (Oh, but I can drop the “0”!)
You might as well call today GCB Day in Dallas. You know, Good Christian BUYS! First of all, 5647 Swiss has been lowered from $1.2 million to $999,000 or $180. per square foot which includes, they tell me, more than $300K of updates and upgrades. Of course, not sure if that is retail or wholesale but in any case, you are getting some major, major perks here. (Or, like Amanda said when she saw Carlene, that’s not just plastic surgery, that’s a tear down!)
