This week’s Friday Five Hundred is a special one. Honestly, I am so shocked this absolutely adorable M Streets Arts & Crafts bungalow at 5410 Vickery is still on the market. While it was a good deal when it was priced at $549K back in April, it is now an out-and-out steal at just $515K!

Just from looking at the amazing photos of 6265 Towhnill Lane, I got a little tingle in my toes. The current owner has poured a lot of love (and money!) into this gem of a post war traditional in the Meadows, which feels like a midcentury modern on the inside.
