I have a 10-month-old son, so I know kids take up a LOT of space. And seeing the crib in this absolutely adorable two-bedroom, one-bath charmer in Hollywood/Santa Monica leads me to believe that these owners are in search of more room. And after getting a good look at 6938 Patricia, which weighs in at 1,118 square feet, that’s the only reason I’d every let this little beauty go!
After the news reports of the damage in Lakewood last night, I just had to see it for myself. Lakewood-area streets are littered with tree limbs and leaves and lined with cleanup crews and repairmen. The teams that weren’t already at work were circling the streets like hawks, but from the looks of the area, there will be plenty of work to go around.
