Make a quick Christmas weekend getaway to see the Best in Texas Coastal Home Tour — Holiday Edition at Cinnamon Shore in Port Aransas, Texas. The tour runs Sat., Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sun., Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
For one weekend only, the public is invited to step inside a curated selection of Gulf-front and village homes, each decorated to reflect the warmth and wonder of the holidays by the sea. Family-friendly activities will help set the festive mood.
Santa will make an appearance Sat., Dec. 6, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the star of festivities along Sundown Court.

Anchoring the tour, the brand-new Gulf-front home at 116 Charming Lane showcases the craftsmanship of Seven Custom Homes, with interiors and holiday décor curated by Decorum Home + Design. Other designers on the tour include Melinda Servick of Sol Design in Atlanta; Tricia Dabney of High Cotton Home Design in Austin; Karen Deitz of Karen Deitz Design in San Antonio; Christina Fratelli of CF Designs in Corpus Christi; Chic to Chic Furniture in Corpus Christi; and Beth Powers of Kopfer Taylor Interiors in Austin.

Guests who book a two-night vacation rental stay between Dec. 4–8 will receive 10% off — a chance for a coastal getaway while touring Cinnamon Shore’s decorated homes.

This year’s Holiday Home Tour is sponsored by Ferguson Home and SKS, whose partnership helps bring the spirit of the season to life. Guests and locals can stroll through these residences, admiring festive interiors created by Texas designers and builders. Activities on Sat., Dec. 6, include a hot chocolate bar and cookie decorating for all ages.
On-site restaurants, including Lisabella’s and Stout’s at the Shore, will offer special menus for the weekend. Stout’s will feature its newest fall menu, while Lisabella’s will serve a three-course prix fixe holiday menu.
Home tour tickets are $10 and available at the door, with all proceeds benefiting the local toy drive and food pantry.

“The Holiday Home Tour is a brand-new way to share the beauty of Cinnamon Shore with the community,” said Jodi Peters, broker and chief marketing officer. “It’s a chance for guests to experience the creativity of our designers, the craftsmanship of our builders, and the unmistakable magic of the holidays on the Texas Coast.”
Throughout the season, Cinnamon Shore transforms into a festive coastal village filled with lights, music, and family fun. Guests can enjoy holiday traditions, including Santa’s First Stop on Nov. 28 and the New Year’s Eve Beach Bonfire and Glow Party. Whether celebrating Thanksgiving by the beach, ringing in the new year with friends and family, or soaking in the coastal charm, Cinnamon Shore invites guests to spend the holidays seaside and experience the most magical time of year on the Texas Gulf.
