Only in the Metroplex does a stone showroom double as one of the city’s most electric party venues. On Thursday, October 23, Rocktoberfest returns to Texas Counter Fitters — the 4.5-acre design destination in Richardson that, for one night, merges slabs with spotlights.

The formula is simple: big sound, bold visuals, and a cause worth celebrating. Broadway Dallas students headline with three powerhouse performances. Local bands rock multiple stages, while projection art illuminates the building.

For the first time, festival meets fundraiser: original artwork from this year’s beneficiaries — Dallas Art Therapy, After 8 to Educate, and The Stewpot — will be available for purchase, with every dollar supporting the nonprofits.

What sets Rocktoberfest apart is the setting itself.

TCF’s expanisve space isn’t just a showroom — it’s a world-class gallery of natural stone. More than 200,000 slabs rise like monumental sculpture, sourced from quarries across Italy, Brazil, and beyond. Curated with a collector’s eye, the displays remind you that stone is more than material — it’s art in and of itself.

Launched four years ago, Rocktoberfest began as co-founder Chris Blackburn’s post-COVID 52nd birthday party. Each year since, the event has grown — drawing friends, clients, and industry insiders to experience a night where design, music, art, and community converge.

Rocktoberfest ’25 will also feature cook-to-order burgers from The Hamburger Man, margaritas, and mocktails.

“It may have started as a birthday party, but Rocktoberfest has evolved into so much more,” said Blackburn. It’s our way of bringing people together for music, art, good times and a good cause.”

Join Texas Counter Fitters for Rocktoberfest 2025: Thursday, October 23, 2025, 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.; 909 North Bowser Road, Richardson, TX 75081. RSVP at eventbrite for complimentary tickets.
