The URBAN Team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates has garnered a reputation for excellence across multiple Dallas zip codes. Representing some of the most prestigious addresses across the Arts District, Downtown, Highland Park, and beyond, this team understands what it means to move luxury real estate through a dynamic marketplace. From high-rise condos to refined residential, The URBAN Team at Allie Beth Allman & Associates has the talent to do it all. And they just gained another star player.

Meet Grant Gold

With a background in broadcast television and a striking real estate resume, Gold’s reputation is synonymous with success, expertise, and approachability. After receiving his license, Gold became a prominent figure at big-name brokerages, including Weitzman, The Howard Hughes Corporation, and Transwestern. In recent years, the Dallas Business Journal has repeatedly recognized Gold as one of the Top Commercial Real Estate Heavy Hitters in the Dallas area.

“I started my career with a focus on retail and mixed-use developments across the country,” said Gold. “I’m really drawn to this side of the market because it allows me to see how communities come together. You need businesses, restaurants, and retail to attract residential development. Being able to get a comprehensive view of emerging communities is a great way to understand the needs, wants, and aspirations of its people.”

So far, Gold has had a hand in developing multi-million dollar assets across Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Manhattan, Miami, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Sacramento. He was also instrumental in commercial leasing and land sales across premier master-planned communities of The Woodlands and Bridgeland.

Urban Expert Meets the URBAN Team

As part of Allie Beth Allman & Associate’s URBAN Team, Gold plays a key role in both commercial and luxury residential sales.

“We’re incredibly excited to have Grant on our team,” said Kyle Crews, President. “He comes with a great deal of experience in commercial and retail leasing which we have been missing. He also brings a perspective and strength that will be instrumental in developing many of the projects we have on the horizon in 2025 and beyond.”

Known for his friendly demeanor, outgoing nature, and unwavering focus, Grant brings dynamic energy to the URBAN Team. In his new role, he oversees both existing and future mixed-use developments, maintaining accurate, in-depth knowledge of all aspects of properties, including rental rates, tenant allowances, vacancies, lease expirations, and beyond.

“I’m looking forward to bringing my experience to the URBAN TEAM,” said Gold. “With a heavy focus on developer services, I think this is a perfect fit for me at this time. Having the opportunity to do this as well as work in luxury residential sales just makes sense.”

The Right Choice at the Right Time

With his acumen and industry experience, Gold could have easily gone anywhere. However, he chose the URBAN Team based on both the nature of the business and the passion of those involved.

“At first, I was attracted to this team because of the dynamic projects they’re a part of,” said Gold. “Developments like The Knox and other mixed development projects are right in my wheelhouse. However, what I love most about this team is how driven everyone is. The environment is really dynamic and exciting. There’s a lot to look forward to.“
