Clay Stapp Busts Out AGAIN: New Office on Greenville Avenue, E-Class Mercedes of the Month Club for Top Producing Agents

Clay Stapp just knows how to separate himself from the crowd. The dynamic, fast-growing broker, who handed out orange condoms (“Don’t get screwed on your next real estate deal”) when he launched his very first brokerage in Uptown on Cedar Springs, is busting out again. this time with a beautiful new office on Greenville Avenue at Morningside in the heart of Lakewood.

Oh and he has tee shirts too. Unlike most conventional, boxy, boring Real Estate bedazzled tee shirts, his come with a plunging neckline and enough spandex to make things, well, interesting.

Well, that’s not all. Comes word that CLAY STAPP+CO announced their 2014 Sales Incentive Program for CSCO Realtors. Top producers, well, THEE TOP PRODUCER, will qualify for a free Mercedes E-Class car lease for 2015. Each quarter, the top producing Realtor in the company will have an opportunity to win the car lease in a drawing to be held at the end of 2014.

So it’s not by month, but by quarterly production. And the top producing agent will drive that sweet baby for one full year!

The “Pinnacle Producer” will be announced and awarded with a 13 month lease at Park Place Motors at the end of each year. We sure love us some Park Place!
