Christie’s @properties Lone Star Announces New Southlake Office as St. Jude Dream Home Showplace Arrives in Carillon Parc

Recently, it celebrated one of its biggest. On February 26, Christie’s @properties Lone Star marked a strategic expansion into one of North Texas’ most competitive luxury markets with the opening of its Southlake office. This inauguration coincided with the highly anticipated arrival of the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace in the nearby Carillon Parc community.

New Office, Next-Level Experience

Led by CEO and principal Jerry W. Mooty Jr., the brokerage has rapidly established itself among Texas’ leading luxury real estate firms. In 2025, Christie’s @properties Lone Star surpassed $1 billion in closed sales volume across 1,323 transactions while welcoming nearly 100 new agents statewide. With offices now serving Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Austin, and Southlake, the firm continues to expand its presence in markets defined by high-net-worth clientele and exceptional residential properties.

The office opening comes at a moment when the Southlake community itself is capturing heightened attention, particularly with the debut of the St. Jude Dream Home Showplace at Carillon Parc, one of the area’s most anticipated luxury residential showcases this spring.

Located at 1812, 1819, 1820, 1824, and 1828 Riviera Lane in Southlake, five newly constructed residences will open their doors to the public throughout the month of March. The homes reflect the elevated architectural standards and thoughtful design that have come to define the growing Carillon Parc neighborhood, while also supporting the lifesaving mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
