Before he was anchoring the Lakers frontcourt, Anthony Davis was laying down roots in a Bel Air estate that read more like a private resort than a typical home. Last week the newly minted Dallas Maverick popped a For Sale sign in the front yard of his custom-built compound, listing it for just under $40 million.

The NBA star’s estate sits on 3.5 acres in the exclusive, guard-gated Bel Air Crest community and blends luxury, seclusion, and amenities fit for a world-class athlete — or at the very least, someone who really values their “me time.” Now that he’s in Dallas, those amazing amenities might give us clues about what he’s scouting for in a local property.
