CandysDirt.com Brought the Party to Linkside Las Colinas

With food, drink, and some dancin’ music you could hear as soon as you ascended the stairs, the CandysDirt.com team welcomed guests to Cadence Homes’ exciting new Linkside Las Colinas development in style. Actually, in matching bright pink polos.

This was our latest CandysDirt.com Signature Event, celebrating the grand opening of Linkside Las Colinas‘ first model homes at 4309 Riviera Lane. Cadence Homes is well on the way to completion of 75 three-story (but elevator-ready) luxury townhomes near TPC Las Colinas and the Ritz-Carlton Dallas Las Colinas.

CandysDirt Event: Tour Linkside Las Colinas with Us Next Week!

If you’ve ever attended the Byron Nelson Championship around here, you might recognize Linkside Las Colinas as the site of the iconic party tents adjacent to the golf course. (Or maybe you won’t.) So, these are hallowed grounds! 

The townhomes offer the perfect lock-and-leave lifestyle, and sales are brisk! It was so great to meet Cadence Homes president Bruno Pasquinelli and his team at their beautiful new development, Linkside in Las Colinas. They clearly have a penchant for luxe finishes and amenities. These are gorgeous! Folks I visited with were all sharing fond memories of the Byron Nelson events they had attended on these ‘hallowed grounds,’ and the development’s direct access, via golf cart, to the amenities at the Ritz Carlton gives the development a rare leg-up. You must see it!

I lived in a community in Los Angeles that was built around a TPC golf course, and the townhomes tripled in value because these courses are so prestigious. Bruno and Cadence do an exceptional product. It was great to socialize with the builder, to have a personal conversation with the builder, and to be at a great party. It was a great experience.

It was a great party! I was picked up by a golf cart at my parking space and shuttled directly to one of their models, and that was just the beginning. There was good music, drinks, a beautifully staged model, and giveaways. It was a good night!
