With its growing number of agents, Dallas’ luxury real estate leader Allie Beth Allman & Associates is moving its headquarters to create an incubator for innovation and entrepreneurship that continues the growth of the brand and its individual agents.

Allie Beth Allman founded her business in 1985 and, in 2012, Allie Beth Allman & Associates became the first single-office residential firm in Dallas history to achieve $1 billion in annual sales. In 2021, its agents closed $3.8 billion in sales, the highest in the company’s history.

Throughout the challenges of the pandemic and rising interest rates, Allie Beth Allman & Associates has remained the top luxury brokerage in Dallas, selling more homes priced at $2 million and higher than any other firm.

As the real estate market has evolved, the brokerage’s leadership has recognized that agents need different things from their office space. Allie Beth Allman & Associates will continue to support private offices, but the lion’s share of the new location will allow flexible office spaces while supporting sales and sharing space for education, training, and collaboration among agents.

“Allie Beth Allman & Associates was founded on the principles of authentic relationships, trust, and a spirit of service,” said President and CEO Keith Conlon. “We have created an office that allows all of us to work, learn, and grow as a team but which also provides individual spaces to help agents grow their business.”

More than half of the brokerage’s 300 active, top-producing agents come into the office weekly. More than 80 agents participate in person in a large, weekly meeting. This educationally rich program is designed to help them stay on top of pricing trends and the Dallas economy and to launch new listings during a robust tour of homes. In addition, more than 165 agents join the weekly meeting online.

That Monday Morning Meeting is a critical part of the brokerage’s business model, drawing top-producing agents from around the Metroplex to the Allie Beth Allman & Associates family. Agents say this gathering creates a synergy they haven’t experienced at other brokerages.

“We are all about collaboration and making each other better,” Conlon explained. “With more top-producing agents than any other Dallas brokerage, one of the most important parts of our culture is family and the shared values of market knowledge, trust and relationships. That all starts with us talking and being a true team of luxury agents.”

The new headquarters, in the Offices at Turtle Creek Village, 3838 Oak Lawn Ave., is in the heart of one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, situated strategically between Highland Park and Uptown/Downtown. Allie Beth Allman & Associates has designed 10,000 square feet on the 5th floor to include ample room for agents and sales services plus the brokerage’s accounting & marketing department, which supports agents with strategic and innovative marketing.

The location also puts agents and clients within easy reach of dining, retail, services, and hotels.

The brokerage has grown by 100 agents since 2016, accounting for $1.6 billion in sales. In 2022, 330 agents closed more than $3.4 billion in sales; so far in 2023, 300 agents have done 2.5 billion in sales YTD.

As many more agents look to join the brand, Conlon said he saw the need for more flexible and technological space to create a true entrepreneur center that can grow each agent’s book of business and allow a hybrid work environment.

He acknowledged that it’s hard to leave the current location, which the brokerage has called home for more than 33 years. But he looks forward to transitioning the best of the best in Dallas luxury real estate to a new place to grow.

“Allie Beth Allman & Associates is a group of incredible entrepreneurs who work every day to better serve their clients and build their businesses,” Executive Director of the Board/Founder Allie Beth Allman said. “It’s exciting to see how we continue to grow while honoring the principles of relationships and connectivity that my husband, Pierce, and I founded this company on.”
