Jamie Adler is the new sales leader of Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate’s Lakewood/Lake Highlands Office. Carolyn Rosson, president of the Ebby Halliday Companies, and Malinda Howell, senior vice president of brokerage, recently made the announcement. Betsy Cameron, who has very capably served in this capacity for the past several years, will focus full-time on her role as the Vice President of Business Initiatives for the Ebby Halliday Companies.

“We are so grateful to Betsy for her outstanding leadership,” says Rosson. “Her vision and work ethic in the real estate industry are widely admired. And we are also thrilled that Jamie has accepted this new responsibility and believe she is absolutely the right person at the right time in just the right role.”

Adler is a licensed Realtor who has led the Dave Perry-Miller Preston Center Office, known for its high level of sales production, since 2017. She will continue in that role.

“A hands-on leader who values accessibility and support for team members, Jamie has a deep understanding of how the complete real estate transaction works,” says Howell. “Her experience as a Listing Coordinator, Office Administrator and Sales Leader allows her to help guide both agents and clients through the entire home-buying process.”

A resident of East Dallas, Adler grew up in Venice Beach, Calif., before relocating to Dallas in 2013. She holds a Bachelor’s of Business degree with a concentration in Real Estate from Dallas Baptist University.

“I have a genuine passion for empowering agents to achieve their goals and thrive in the real estate industry through professionalism, lasting relationships, and a dedication to serve,” Adler said. “I am eager and excited to put my knowledge and skills to use as the Sales Leader of our Lakewood/Lake Highlands agents.”

When she is not working in real estate, Adler enjoys spending time with her family, which includes her husband and two children, volunteering at her daughter’s school, engaging in DIY home projects, and serving on the Board of the Lake Highlands Area Early Childhood PTA.

“I have always approached work as service,” Adler added. “I want to serve our agents and the wonderful community I’m privileged to call home. I consider it an honor to be part of such a pivotal time in our client’s lives and I’m committed to being accessible to each of the agents I’m privileged to serve.”
