The Only Thing Cuter Than This Kessler Plaza Tudor is The Neighborhood

Share News:

The cutest little Tudor in Kessler Plaza is currently on the market. Do I say cutest too much? Probably. Am I going to stop? Probably not. Moving on…

It’s a Tudor. It’s Kessler Plaza. It’s affordable in Oak Cliff, largely updated, and there’s a flex space you can use to create your own home destiny. It can be an office, storage, an impressive utility closet, or paint it black and make an in-house discotheque. (Didn’t we all pretty much only become aware of that word in junior high Spanish? Just saying … stay in school, kids. Amazing things await.)

Inside a Cute Kessler Plaza Tudor

Inside there are trendy colors on the walls, original hardwoods throughout the main living, slate tile in the kitchen check it out, I do believe that’s Saltillo in the flex room.

As for the overall aesthetic of the house? She’s really crisp. Navy walls, white trim, and wood grains on the floors. It’s like classic cozy if you had to define the style and if you want to challenge me, bring it. Just look at that CLASSIC mantle. CAN’T ARGUE. Dang, too, I love that floor mirror and if I bought this house, I’d fight hard for it to stay. Most likely from Anthropologie if you’re looking for a dupe.

The bathroom is cute, the bedrooms are cute, and the backyard is a party waiting to happen. There’s a lot to love about his one. And guess what else? The sellers themselves have big words on how great this little neighborhood is, too.

“Neighborhood camaraderie is what makes this house special with regular wine walks, street Christmas parties, pool parties, and happy hours at local restaurants/bars,” the sellers told CandysDirt.com. “We also get competitive with yard of the month! Make sure to buy plenty of candy during Halloween we get tons of trick-or-treaters.”

And the location? Solid. Tom Thumb is within walking distance, and you can get to downtown Dallas in less than 10 minutes.

Do you know what we say about that? Sold!
