This cutest little blue bungalow in McKinney has the cutest little story, too. It’s right by Historic Downtown McKinney, yet just far enough away to make it the perfect spot.

Back when the current owners first toured it, they fell in love. It was then a single owner — a little gem of a discovery. They made an offer but missed out to an investor.

The investor remodeled it from top to bottom and it came back on the market. This time they won it and turned it into the sweetest little Airbnb.

If it looks familiar you might have also seen it in the pages of a magazine. You see, Karen changes out the décor based on the holiday, and the Fourth of July and the winter holidays are two fan favorites. AND, one final place you might have seen it, on TV. The bungalow is listed as a filming location on two major hub sites, and it has indeed had a theatric debut.
