Coveted America’s Best Rankings Released with Strong Showing by Ebby Halliday Companies

America’s Best. Award names don’t get much more explicitly descriptive than that, do they? With just two words, you know pretty much all you need to know about the caliber of person you’re working with. It’s an entire resume unto itself. And let’s face it, America’s Perfectly Fine or America’s Entirely Adequate don’t look nearly as impressive on a LinkedIn page.
Every year in June, the best in residential real estate are decided by Real Trends and Tom Ferry America’s Best Real Estate Professionals. They rank agents across the country based solely on two things: the total number of transactions (home sales) an agent participated in and the total sales volume those sales generated. Wednesday those rankings came out, and it was an exciting day for the Ebby Halliday Companies.
Applying those two criteria to 1.6 million real estate professionals, Real Trends narrowed that list down further to 27,500, representing every state. Of those that remained (a.k.a., America’s Best), 262 agents were from EHC’s three brokerages — Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, and Williams Trew. By our calculations, that’s nearly 1 percent of the nationwide total. Just from one company. Put another way, approximately one in every 100 America’s Best winners was from EHC. Dang!
Chris Kelly, executive chairman of Ebby Halliday Companies, and Carolyn Rosson, president of EHC, sent a joint communication to all recipients.
“We are thrilled to extend heartfelt congratulations to each and every agent for their remarkable achievement in being named to the prestigious America’s Best list of top agents,” Kelly said. “This recognition is a testament to their unwavering dedication, exceptional skills, and commitment to providing outstanding service to clients.”
Added Rosson, “Their inclusion in this year’s list is a true reflection of hard work, professionalism, and expertise in the real estate industry and the manner in which clients were guided through a challenging market. We can’t help but think about the thousands of clients whose lives have been positively impacted. That’s the part of our job that’s so worthwhile and satisfying!”
