These 3 Addison Homes Offer Exceptional Style and an Abundance of Amenities

Share News:

The North Texas region is known for exceptional suburbs such as Plano, Frisco, and Carrolton. For years, these bigger burbs have drawn their share of attention with growing populations and big properties. And while these cities sort of define suburban sprawl, some of them could not be more tight-knit. Perhaps the best example of this close community feel would be in Addison, Texas.

Located off the Dallas North Tollway, between Dallas and Plano, Addison occupies only four square miles. However, within this quaint community, there is no end to the amenities, events, and extras. With nationally recognized festivities such as Kaboom Town and a whole host of nightlife, shopping, and dining, Addison is truly a world all of its own.

For this edition of Suburb Sunday, I would like to introduce you to three homes that would make the perfect bases in the beautiful town that homes.com refers to as “mini Dallas.”

A Luxury Townhome with a Whole Lot of Space

Address: 5021 Calloway Dr.

  • 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms
  • 2,178 square feet
  • $619,500

Since Addison is so compact, you’ll find that condos and townhomes are quite common here. However, many of these are on a whole different level than your average condo. The home at 5021 Calloway Dr. is a great example of this.

“This home features numerous upgrades, designer touches, and an incredible open layout,” said listing agent Constance McFarland of Rogers Healy and Associates. “This property is magnificent and truly feels expansive with four bedrooms and plenty of common space. I especially love the owner’s suite which features a spa-like bath and large wardrobe closet with a chandelier and safe.”

Of course, the Addison address is also a major selling point for this luxurious townhome.

“The main highlight is the location near Post Addison Circle,” said Constance. “Here, you’re within walking distance of everything. The neighborhood is just really attractive, and no matter your age, there is something here for everyone.”

Constance McFarland of Rogers Healy and Associates lists 5021 Calloway Drive for $619,500.

An Updated Traditional With Unique Touches

Address: 3764 Park Pl.

  • 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms
  • 2,971 Square Feet
  • $725,000

Those looking for turnkey ease will absolutely love this next home. With designer updates and a clean modern style, this home is move-in ready and magnificently curated.

“It has a lovely bohemian feel, “ said listing agent Andrew Cox with Ebby Halliday Realtors. “I absolutely love some of the stained glass windows that provide privacy and distinct air of artistry to the place. It was recently updated and painted and you can just see how much care the owners put into this home.”

Like the other homes on our list, the zip code is also a major part of the allure.

“The area is fantastic,” said Andrew. “Addison Athletic Club just around the corner. Also, there is a ton of dining, shopping, and nightlife just down the road. Brookhaven Country Club is less than a mile away, and this beautiful oak tree-lined neighborhood is spectacular. I mean, it’s really a great place to settle down.”

Andrew Cox with Ebby Halliday Realtors lists 3764 Park Place for $725,000. The home will be open today, Sunday, March 26 from 1 to 3 p.m.

Dynamic Design in a Distinct Neighborhood

Address: 17013 Windward Ln.

  • 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathrooms
  • 2,255 Square Feet
  • $474,900

Our last house this week blends elements of traditional and contemporary styles for a truly dynamic feel. I love how this home opens up and includes an abundance of unique features like a dual-sided fireplace, a tunneled staircase, and an exquisite island bar.

“This home was completely renovated in 2018,” said listing agent Alisa Winston of Keller Williams Realty. “It has an open floorplan and open, easy flow. There’s so much to love around every corner here.”

This home is part of the much-coveted Addison Place neighborhood which features neighborhood amenities like a pool, clubhouse, walking trails, and a small park.

“It also has a very affordable HOA that takes care of everything,” said Alisa. “Addison is one of my favorite towns because there are so many events. You’ve got Kaboom Town on the Fourth of July. There is Addison Octoberfest in the fall. There’s just an incredible community feel here. It’s bar-none one of the best towns in Texas.”
