Shoreline Is a Sure Thing. And That’s a Terrible Pun.

This is such an interesting little area in Plano. It’s far south Plano, like hop across George Bush and you’re in Richardson. It’s land that’s been there forever and a day and now? It’s a low maintenance, basically zero lot line, new construction neighborhood.

This is like the ultimate young professional living. It’s centrally located – you can office in Downtown Dallas, up off Legacy, or head over with the fine folks of State Farm at Cityline. It’s shiny and new and you’ll be surrounded with anti-mowers just like you!!

Not far from the old Collin Creek Mall (RIP, LYLAS), there’s a super cool retail development almost within walking distance that has a Rodeo Goat AND an Orange Theory to work it all off. (Plus, a dentist and lots of other invaluable valuables.)

This particular home backs to a greenbelt and, yes, George Bush (the highway, not human) is just on the other side, but that’s just part of fancy new home living. It gives you that real city living vibe, but my dear friend, you’re in the suburbs.

Constructed in 2020, this one looks brand new and there are plenty of upgrades, like an epoxy floored, oversized, room-for-a-third car garage that also has an electric car charging station.

Modern through and through with wide wood plank flooring, extra tall doors, cable-railing on the stairs, contemporary light fixtures and a sleek kitchen. Wavy white tile forms the backsplash and it’s monochromatic with the cabinets but gives you a little pop of something. In this case, an extra dimension.

I love the decorative tile in the bathroom, the balcony upstairs, split vanity and decorative mirrors over the split sinks.

At just over 2,600 square feet, there’s space to spread out but not too much that it’s overwhelming and you’re like HOW AM I GOING FURNISH ALL THIS?

Go start plotting your floorplan this weekend. Dave Perry-Miller’s Scott Carnes will be holding 404 Shoreline Street open on Sunday, Jan. 15 from 2 to 4 p.m. It’s listed at $645,000.
