Enjoy Lake Views (And The Life To Go With It) At This Rowlett Beauty

Share News:

Here’s the thing about Rowlett, there are some real hidden gems out there. Some freaking modern, tucked on a hillside, curve your car around back because again, it’s on a hill gems. And some, like this one at 402 Point Royal Drive, have lake views. Plus you don’t have to cross the diabolical bridge. Diabolical only when there’s an accident and traffic slows to so much of a crawl, it’d be quicker to walk. You know those really special moments when you lament the fact that we still don’t have flying cars, despite being promised them by The Jetsons.

In addition to the aforementioned lake views that are a dang mic drop already, this house has crazy updates like a metal roof, a bathroom that just made the Ritz Carlton jealous with custom cabinetry, an anti-fog mirror, an INFARED SAUNA and a super stunner of a copper sink.

It’s open concept, there are levels, window seats, a recently replaced HVAC, tankless water heater, slate walkway, wood and metal fence, freshly added retaining wall and literally loads more.

And did I mention there are lake views??? Because I’m probably not going to let that go. I will, however, move on if only for a minute because there is so much to love about this one.

It’s pretty, y’all, and very modern. Really clean white walls and wood-look flooring throughout…ALMOST. There are polished concrete floors in the bedrooms. My opinion? Not used enough. Classic, not gonna go out of style light fixtures. Plenty of space. It’s 3,558 square feet with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Everyone can have their own bathroom!!

The deck is breathtaking. (More accurately the views!! But I’m trying to shut up about those already.) The yard is so big the current owners have a riding mower and that just feels like a real goal, you know? A riding mower and the lot to support it. Like you made it, kid, now take a seat and trim some grass.

Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s Rosemary Tonoli has 402 Point Royal Drive listed for $759,000. If you’re a see it to believe it type, head that way today from 1 to 3 p.m. for the Open House.

Where is the garage? Is there room for a pool? Does it have access for a boat house?

Hi Greg, there is a single car garage around back. As far as a pool, there’s room, but it might have to go in the front. I’m not sure about the boat house access, we’d have to ask Rosemary Tonoli.
