HALL Arts Residences: Three Distinct Visions of The Modern Luxury Lifestyle

Share News:

If you ever, I mean EVER,  thought moving from a single-family home to a luxury high-rise meant your design sensibilities had to make such an abrupt change you are not quite sure how your heart and psyche could handle it, I have news for you.

Not only is such a move one of the most refreshing changes in your life — freedom from property maintenance, the never-ending battle with Mother Nature and fire ants, (among others) — but your mind will actually be lifted as high as the views around you while you heighten your design sensibilities to new thresholds of beautiful products. And now, HALL Arts Residences offers you even more choices, from three of North Texas’ top design firms headed by Tiffany McKinzie, the brilliant George Bass, and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams.

More homeowners have been drawn to the luxury lifestyle and quality of life found at one of Dallas’ most exclusive high-rises, HALL Arts Residences. Not only do the homes in the 28-story tower offer spectacular views of buildings by Pritzker Prize-winning architects — a priceless luxury of living in the heart of the Dallas Arts District — but they also feature breathtaking views throughout their interiors.

Now, three top design firms have brought their visions to life as model homes. Though different in flavor, they have one thing in common: each was designed around those spectacular city views. (Views you can only get in the Arts District, by the way.) Let’s have a look at each.

Residence 2102

Known for her traditional, tailored, and classic designs, Tiffany McKinzie of Tiffany McKinzie Interiors has debuted her second model at HALL Arts Residences, this one in its newest floor plan. Residence 2102 is a 3,677-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath modern and artistic model home that features a neutral palette with subtle touches of black and dark wood tones, reflecting McKinzie’s clean, quiet aesthetic. The home features custom light installations by Dallas glass artist Carlyn Ray and a dreamy custom closet by international design firm Ornare. (So large and glamorous, in fact, it could be used as an office!)

Says McKinzie about the whole project: “My favorite part of our HALL Arts Residences model is how the interiors complement those stunning views of the Arts District, the Meyerson Symphony Center, and the city’s skyline. It’s all about the views in this exceptional residence. To me, the furnishings, color palette, and art all have an important role in making the spaces feel warm and cozy, but they really let the view be the star of the show.”

Residence 303

Dallas-based George Bass of George Bass Stage & Design has styled Residence 303, a spacious, 4,702-square-foot, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home just perfect for art collectors.

The designer tells a unified story throughout the space while creating a luxurious and welcoming interior that inspires an emotional connection — a specialty of his. The design showcases the showstopping views and natural light that shines through the open floor plan, with its modern amenities for every day.

Bass is known for using white furnishings in his approach to staging, and for placing large original art at the centerpiece of a home, allowing collectors to envision their own art on every wall of a home. The result? Every angle boasts extraordinary views, whether for a grand party or an intimate stay-at-home.

Says Bass: “George Bass Stage & Design is known for the white inventory that we collect. How we merchandise it secures a sense of neutrality and makes the space visible to each individual eye. We do not compete with the premier architectural style of each property. Instead, we enhance a lifestyle and mood.”

Residence 502

HALL Arts Residences’ third model home that debuted this month is designed by Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, the internationally acclaimed, American-made-furnishings company. The designers are known for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and sustainable sourcing.

Residence 502 is a 5,618-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath model home that features fresh, natural, and oh-so-chic furnishings, along with big, beautiful, livable moments throughout. Of special note: Residence 502’s floor plan is the only one of its kind, offering the most expansive living room in the entire tower.
