George Bass Stage & Design is well known for its beautiful luxury home staging service. What many don’t realize is that GBSD also provides a luxury turnkey living service. For those of you who might be unfamiliar with that term, it’s a concierge-style service that offers a move-in-ready environment for the home you’ve leased.

If you are temporarily renting at the Ritz or on Beverly Drive, your furnishings need to reflect your residence. There’s only one place to find furniture and accessories that look like the ones you stored or left at your primary home, and that’s GBSD.

Bass has been serving the most prominent and discerning luxury Realtors in Dallas for years, successfully staging their multi-million dollar listings. Luxurious, well-staged homes help buyers see themselves in that home. It creates a buzz and move homes quickly to a sale.

What has helped make that success is high-quality inventory that is luxurious yet comfortable. You never know when a buyer will sit on a sofa to talk about signing a contract, so it better feel good!

“We’d been offering this service since 2015, but it was not a big part of our business,” Bass said.

Generally, referrals came through Realtors, developers, builders, or designers, but Bass didn’t think it could be an entirely new business division. Then in 2019, the North Texas tornado ripped through one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Dallas. The turnkey living division of GBSD grew exponentially.

“There was suddenly a great need for luxury leasing, and we realized there was no one serving the high-end market as we could. We started letting Realtors know and ended up providing services for over 22 luxury residences.”

The company does not simply install furniture and accessories. “We offer three levels of our turnkey living service,” Bass said. “You only need your toothbrush if you select the Platinum package.”

This process begins with a design consultation to identify your style and needs level. After the consultation, a custom design proposal is presented. Upon acceptance of the proposal, installation is scheduled, and the GBSD team of professionals creates your new home environment, generally in one day.

When it comes to service, the team at George Bass Stage & Design has always been next level. “We are used to serving a luxury clientele, so we pay attention to detail and those special requests,” Bass said. “My team consists of wonderfully devoted people, whether they are the project installers, the movers, the upholsterers, the florist, or the artists. They all have a service heart and understand we are lucky to be working in such a wonderful industry. We’re part of the formula that is a recipe for success and enjoying your time in a luxury lease.”
