The Ultimate Party Pad Just Hit The Market in Fort Worth

Dave Perry-Miller’s Lance Blann is a man with a plan. And yes, I did resist every urge to add double n’s to man and plan.

His latest listing is the ultimate mancave, assembled piece by piece over the past few years. The wildest part? It’s set in the middle of an otherwise average neighborhood in Fort Worth.

At one point it was a main house and a secondary house out back with a pool in the middle. Someone decided to put it all under one roof and now what you have is a mega house with an indoor pool and, according to Blann, over 7,000 square feet of fun for $795,000.

Around the pool, there’s astroturf that the current owner purchased from TCU. Yes, it was actually on the field. Go Horned Frogs. Blann was looking though old photos of the house and realized that under that turf, there’s travertine tile.

It’s a cool house, too. Literally. Blann said there are four 5-ton air conditioners and one 4-ton air conditioner.

As for the other cool part, all of the eclectic furniture and décor? It all conveys with the house. Minus the white baby grand and a few other things here and there. But the air hockey table, pool tables, bar swag, giant American flag with and without stars…she all stays with the house.

Which leads me to my initial statement, that Blann has a plan. He said this is THE perfect bachelor house. It’s literally packed with every bro amenity you can thing of, and yes, the pool is heated. It’s also in an ideal location – four miles from Downtown Fort Worth and situated right in between AT&T Stadium and Fort Worth.

Think of the sports fans. Think of the concert goers. Think of the people that just want to snuggle up with some TCU astroturf… Anytime anyone is headed to AT&T Stadium, your ultimate party house will provide the crash pad.

If you’d like to take a look at 1809 Carl Street, it’s live now so head on over. Or just check out the TikTok Blann provided because he truly thinks of everything.
