Why Real Estate Agents Need to Think Like a Billionaire

Share News:

This is probably the most unusual market in the history of real estate: inventory is at record lows, buyers are at record highs (at least in Texas), and there are more agents out selling and buying homes on behalf of clients.

In fact, according to the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials, there have never been more real estate agents in the U.S.: there are now more than 3 million active real estate licenses, according to NAR.

In 2006, there were 1.35 million. In 2012, there wasn’t even 1 million.

You know the Great Resignation? Where is everyone? Many are selling real estate!

Thus, it is not just necessary, it is CRUCIAL for agents to stay ahead of the game and stay inspired. Like the finest athletes, they need to strategize intensely and think differently.

Think like a billionaire, with a billionaire’s mindset.

How do billion-dollar listing agents do it? You can find out in one chill day come June 13 at Legacy and the Dallas North Tollway.

Learn directly from the experts: agents with a billionaire’s mindset who wake up each day hyper-focused on the million-dollar-plus listing they will be selling. And not just selling it, but how they will be MARKETING it.

First you will be inspired by Josh Altman, star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles. You will be mesmerized by Frank McKinney’s story: Frank is a philanthro-capitalist, author, and self-described Real Estate Artist who eats, sleeps, and bleeds real estate from building ocean-front mansions in South Beach — where he often drops in by helicopter — to writing inspirational real estate tomes in his Florida tree-house.

And his marketing techniques? Frank has some creative genius tricks that I cannot wait to hear him share.

In the afternoon, I will moderate a lively panel discussion with top-tier luxury sales pros — the top-producing agents in North Texas.

It all happens on June 13 at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel at Plano/Legacy: a day-long symposium called Next Gen Luxury. Guest speakers include Michael Valdes, Janie Coffey, Shaun Patrickus, and Alicia Chmielewski … you know Alicia, she is the real estate auction pro who has sold scores of multi-million dollar mansions across the country, including one just down the street from me.

This event is broker agnostic: speakers and panelists hail from all brokerages, sales, and income levels. The common denominator is LUXURY. We at CandysDirt.com have long wanted to move into LUXURY REAL ESTATE conferences, but a little thing called COVID put plans on hold. Now we are off and running.

I hope to see you on Monday, June 13th: but do sign up NOW — tickets are limited and going fast!
