You’ll Never Need a Vacation if You Buy This Southlake Luxury Estate

It’s not easy to find a luxury estate today, but I’ve found a beauty in Southlake. Having a home that offers every amenity has been a significant driver in the sales of luxury properties over the past two years. There’s nothing like a pandemic to showcase the shortfalls of your house.

I don’t think I ever saw as many multimillion-dollar properties change hands as I did from May to August 2020. People wanted more space, a pool, a tennis court, a guest house, and land — lots of land.

This property is not to be confused with the estate on the same street, also listed by Keller Williams Luxury Homes International Pantuso Properties that I featured two weeks ago. You have to wonder if they will change the name of S. White Chapel Blvd. to Pantuso Way soon because Barbara Pantuso has listed or sold almost every estate that pops up there lately.

What have I told you about having a Realtor with their finger on the pulse of luxury properties?

A Small Town Full of Big Houses

For our newcomers, Southlake is between Dallas and Fort Worth and 10 minutes to Arlington’s entertainment district. If you do have to travel, you can be enjoying a cocktail in the Admirals Club at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport in 20 minutes.

Unless you’ve been functioning without the Internet for the past decade, you’ll know Southlake has become one of the best places to live in America. The schools are top-notch, no community has better strategic planning, and there are so many parks I’ve lost count.

I cannot think of anywhere other than a small town that has a stronger sense of community. Maybe that’s because Southlake feels like a small town. The Southlake Town Square is in the middle of every celebration — and there are a lot. You name it, they celebrate it.

A big attraction of Southlake is that you can still find a home on acreage, and if you’re looking for luxury, there is no better place than S. White Chapel Blvd. It’s been a millionaire’s row for years, attracting names you’d recognize. It offers the best of both worlds because you can be minutes from all the activities the community offers but have acreage, extreme privacy, and security.

The kitchen is massive, with three islands. You can easily have multiple chefs working here without any toes being stepped on, from both literal and culinary standpoints.

An Estate That Stands Out

I’ve seen a number of these grand homes, and I can say this almost 2.5-acre gated estate is quite the standout. I doubt there is a more impressive entry anywhere in the state.

The winding driveway passes between two enormous water features and delivers you to 10,052 square feet of pure luxury. With five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and three powder baths, it’s perfect for a large family and superb for entertaining.

What I think is extraordinarily smart is that the home was equipped with an elevator and handrails, wide doorways, and wheelchair access so every age and ability can enjoy it.

When I mentioned how everyone is looking for a home with amenities, this is it. Of course, you’ll find a home theater and gym because that’s pretty standard in luxury properties today. However, the resort amenities will make you never want to leave home.

There are multiple outdoor living areas, a putting green, a tennis court, and a pool to rival any resort, with a slide, a spa, and a cave! A separate casita with a full kitchen means long-term guests will be content.

“If you want some land, room for the kids to roam, and privacy, this is your little piece of heaven,” Pantuso said.

Truly the best of both worlds, 400 S. White Chapel Blvd. is listed with Pantuso Properties for $7.999 million.
