Live That Model Life in Sharon Quist’s Stoneleigh Penthouse Listing

Real estate writers have a habit of using the term “magazine worthy” rather loosely when describing a well-dressed listing. Truth be told, probably only .00117 percent (roughly) of those deemed as such ever appear in a magazine.

Which makes this actually magazine-worthy home all the more special. The bespoke Stoneleigh Penthouse 20AB was the backdrop for a Neiman Marcus fashion shoot that appeared in the most recent, revamped Luxury Portfolio magazine. The new issue was celebrated with a virtual launch party, and the penthouse story entitled “Framed for Fashion” complemented its bold and luxurious new look.

“After we decided to have a fall fashion shoot with Neiman Marcus for the September issue,” said Jennifer Woodring, Vice President, Customer Experience & Brand Collaborations for Luxury Portfolio International, “it was an obvious decision for us to select a property in Dallas, as Dallas is synonymous with Neimans. We felt that this particular penthouse had it all – exquisite modern finishes, luxurious amenities, the beautiful view – making it the perfect setting for our first shoot.”

The 3-bedroom, 3.3-bath residence covers 7,517 square feet, has 7 parking spaces, and enjoys all the hotel’s famously luxurious amenities. Sharon Quist, who is offering 2300 Wolf Street PH20AB for $6.95 million, was on site during the shoot in July.

“The stylist, Greg Collard, did a tremendous job marrying the home’s interior with the wardrobe selection,” Quist said, “and the photographer, Jonathan Zizzo, perfectly captured those features I’m always eager to ensure a prospect notices during a showing. I envision the ideal buyer already living the lifestyle they recreated here. That buyer just hasn’t discovered such a home exists. I’m hoping with this editorial, they will see themselves in the story and give me a call.”

Luxury Portfolio International is an exclusive members-only network that helps connect the most powerful luxury firms and sales associates across the world. With 220 real estate firms, 60+ of which are from outside the United States, Luxury Portfolio is the only luxury real estate website that is translated into nine languages and displays property values in multiple currencies. The Ebby Halliday Companies, which include Ebby Halliday Realtors, Dave Perry-Miller Real Estate, and Williams Trew, are the exclusive Advisory Board-level members of Luxury Portfolio International in North Texas.

“Participating in such an issue with partners like Luxury Portfolio and Neiman Marcus,” Quist says, “really helps to broaden our reach to affluent buyers in the market for a home like this. And being able to say I have connections with agents and buyers on the other side of the world makes sellers very happy. That just takes the customer service experience to an all-new level.”

There is also a mention in the story of Ebby Halliday Acers’ relationship with Stanley Marcus. Halliday was growing her business in the 50s, 60s, and 70s, as was Marcus, and the two became fast, fashionable friends. Halliday, who started her professional career selling hats, was known for her extensive collection and frequented the luxury store’s millinery department.
