Successful Allie Beth Agents Combine Forces And Rebrand as Rasmussen/Pyle Group

For years, local real estate professionals Chris Pyle and Ashley Rasmussen worked together at the Haven Group, which he founded in 2007, and where she was a successful agent.

Anticipating a Labor Day rollout, Pyle says, “We’re closing the door on Haven, and starting a new company with our names attached.”

The idea of rebranding first came up between the colleagues a couple of years ago. They’ve been very thoughtful about when to launch, explains Pyle. After circling back a few months ago, “It took less than a minute to agree and say, ‘Let’s do this!’ We’ve had such a great working relationship for so long.”

The pair teamed up because it was such a “natural fit,” says Rasmussen. “Similar beliefs and culture.” By pooling time, experience, and resources at the Rasmussen/ Pyle Group they can offer an accelerated top-level service to clients, a hallmark of their individual careers.

Each person brings a wealth of knowledge. “One of my specialties involves area school systems,” says Rasmussen. “I have three children whom, for one reason or another, all ended up in different schools. It’s given me good insights into private versus public, and so on.” And with so many buyers moving from LA, Chicago and New York, “Schools are the first thing out-of-town buyers with kids want to know about.”

Ashley’s husband, Paul, is senior pastor of Highland Park United Methodist Church. They live nearby in the Park Cities. Pyle and his family are in Preston Hollow. “Over the course of 20-plus years in real estate career, I’ve lived in the M Streets, Lakewood, Devonshire … it’s a ‘work where you live’ mentality,” he explains.

Market knowledge is important, as is fresh, inventive ways to market properties. “Allie Beth Allman & Associates is the leading luxury real estate brand,” says Pyle. “We take full advantage of the company’s excellent tools and resources for our clients including data, experience, and innovative ways to sell luxury.”

“Sellers want to know how we intend to sell their house,” says Rasmussen, “which means smart strategies, thorough marketing plans, and how to advertise houses among other top agents.”

“We don’t wait for the market to come to us … we’re proactive in finding properties for our clients,” says Pyle. “There are many homes that are part of Allie Beth’s exclusive office list, and not on MLS.”

Both are active networkers, constantly calling and staying in close contact with other top sellers. “You have to be creative, fast, and well organized,” adds Rasmussen.

They’re excited about their new partnership. Beyond the branding, for all intents and purposes, says Pyle, it’s “Business as usual for us.”

“We’re doing the same good work we have done together for years.”
