Frisco is regularly included in the lists of best places to live in America. Located about thirty minutes north of Dallas, Frisco is where companies are relocating to in droves. The Dallas Cowboys moved their team headquarters and practice facility here, and the PGA of America is ditching Florida for Frisco. This premier master-planned and gated community of over 550 acres is filled with parks, creeks, and lakes and has some of the most beautiful homes in the Metroplex.  There are nature trails, playgrounds, sports courts, a fitness center, and a neighborhood pool.   

So is it any wonder it’s hard to find a luxury Frisco rental property? I found only four over $5,000 per month — my threshold for a luxury lease. Four. 

“There is more demand than there is supply,” Ebby Halliday Leasing and Property Management Realtor Kristen Clift said. “All the companies are moving to Texas, so demand is high, and the price is not a factor.
