I’ve seen many projects in the design phase, but what blew my mind about this Bluffview modern minimalist was that every single room is rendered. Generally, you get a couple of exterior renderings, the family room, kitchen, and principal suite. However, I’ve never seen an entire home rendered.

That makes me extremely comfortable, and you all know how I feel when I don’t have beautifully staged photos of a finished project, so I can see how it puts a potential buyer at ease.
