“There is no other house I’ve been in with that attention to detail,” Koltun said. “For instance, there is no artificial stone in this home. You can easily end up with a sterile look, but the natural stone and wood make it warm and inviting. There is also no white cabinetry. Most builders do white on white, but this home still reads so clean, light, and bright, and the colors that were chosen to play on those natural elements contribute to the indoor-outdoor feel.
