Renovated Cochran Heights Charmer Is Perfect For A Fresh Start

First off, who is ready for a fresh start? If you have been looking for a renovated historic home in the heart of Dallas, this Cochran Heights charmer is for you! The three-bedroom, two-full-bathroom gem sits on a lovely block with its own white picket fence and welcoming front porch.

Gorgeous Hardwoods, a Brick Fireplace, And Updated Kitchen Are Only The Beginning

Step inside and you’ll find gorgeous hardwoods, a warm and inviting living area with brick fireplace, and easy flow into an updated eat-in kitchen.

The chef will love the granite counters, white cabinetry, and built-in stainless steel appliances, including a massive French door fridge. And the open-concept dining is convenient as can be!

Contemporary wall coverings and traditional moldings add a finishing touch. We love the tray ceiling accent in the living, the detailed paneling in the dining, and period-inspired tiles in the guest bath.

There is also an en-suite master, spacious bedrooms, and a quaint and private backyard.

Fully Finished Detached Guest Quarters Rounds Out This Fantastic Offering

But the best part? This 2,150-square-foot home comes with a detached two-car garage and additional guest quarters. The fully finished guest retreat is just off the garage and offers wood floors, plus a full kitchen, bath, and living area with bedroom nook.

This would be great for a private work space or guest quarters for extended family. What a fun surprise! Especially at this price. All it needs your personal touch!

The 6,752-square-foot refers to the size of the lot. I kept looking at the photos to see if I was missing most of the house, which is only 2,150 square feet.

The 6752 SF is the LOT size. DCAD the main house is 1419 SF and the quarters are 198 SF.
