Modern Luxury In Inwood Park For Half The Price

Share News:

Young professionals, trailblazers, empty-nesters take note! This Inwood Park Modern Farmhouse has everything you need to start living well. And it sits mere minutes from the tollway and Dallas Love Field.

Where else can you find new construction at entry-level pricing located in the heart of Dallas? This is a Friday Five Hundred you have to see to believe! Let’s take a closer look.

Inwood Park New Construction Is Booming

First, we are loving this stretch of new construction homes on a single block along Hopkins Avenue.

Listing agent Piper Young with Compass tells us:

“This particular block is one of the very few blocks that are zoned for single-family attached. Our client owns 25 lots equaling 50 duplex units on this particular block of Hopkins. These are the first six units, completing Phase One of development. Two lots have already been demoed and are going through the planning/permitting process. We are identifying two more lots in order to build the next six to eight units. This will start Phase Two of construction. The development plan is to have the whole block of Hopkins be new construction homes over the next two to three years.”

Meticulously Built In A Prime Inwood Park Locale

There’s a reason why the area is booming. It all boils down to looks, location, and price.

Young says, “We call this neighborhood Inwood Park. It has caught the eye of investors and developers over the last five years and is growing rapidly, in a premiere Dallas location. My business partner and I sold over 32 lots in 2018/2019 and have been selling the new construction built on those lots since. Buyers are able to buy gorgeous quality new construction in a prime Dallas location at a price that doesn’t exist on the market. Due to the development in the neighborhood, they are getting instant equity in their purchase.”

That’s music to our ears! And the homes here are being built by none other than Young’s husband, Tanner Rivera with Tanner Homes. He typically builds custom and spec homes over $1.5 million in sought-after neighborhoods. These include areas like Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Lakewood, and Lake Highlands, so you know you are getting a quality product, but even better, at a competitive price.

High-End Design For A Fraction Of The Price

We love the look of the Modern Farmhouse beauties. In particular, the Friday Five Hundred showplace at 4503 Hopkins Avenue. It affords three-bedrooms, two-full-and-one-half-bathrooms, and a sizable interior spanning 2,500 square feet.

There are gorgeous hardwood floors, oversized windows, and a gracious open flow. The kitchen is decked out in top-of-the-line appliances with a built-in wine fridge, met by a stunning herringbone marble backsplash, sleek countertops, and custom cabinetry for days.

You’ll also enjoy plenty of designer upgrades like barn doors, shiplap accents, modern fixtures, and upscale hardware. The master suite is a thing of beauty too, with a spa-like bath affording a massive frameless glass shower and modern freestanding tub. Out back, a fully fenced lawn with huge covered porch awaits.

Magnificent Marketing With A Twist

Eagle-eyed buyers perusing the listing online will notice photos of the property that are both staged and un-staged. Young says there is a reason for that.

“These are staged by George Bass. We want the buyer to be able to visualize both a blank canvas for their furniture and along with showing them what they can do with the space through staging,” she adds. “It’s the best of both worlds.”

An Attractive Opportunity For A Variety Of Buyers

And with a manageable footprint, the homes will appeal to a number of buyers.

“These homes are perfect for a variety of buyers,” Young says. “The young professionals, the trailblazers looking for quality new construction in a prime Dallas location at a great price, the empty nesters that are wanting to downsize and live a more low maintenance turnkey lifestyle, and the investor.”

Are you considering a move? Perhaps a tour of this Modern Farm House in Inwood Park is in order.

Piper Young with Compass has listed 4503 Hopkins Avenue for $595,000.

Re: “Ugly Houses” by Bob Hoebecke, Builder / Consultant
    GREAT ARTICLE/ BLOG
-Without a team ( and client ) with taste , many spec builders are filling our neighborhood with off- the shelf ugliness –
Unfortunately , most of the uglies should be instant “ tear downs” but will cast their ugliness shadows on us for many years.
Hope all builders and future home seekers get to read Mr. Hoebecke’s knowledgeable oversight and commentary .
    Way to go Bob!
