In the market for an affordable rental with a pool and amazing outdoor party deck?

Well, you’re welcome because we found a great one in Grapevine. This centrally-located city that has a rich history, an old-fashioned downtown, wineries, festivals, events, art museums, and Lake Grapevine.

Stay with me. I promise there’s a lot you don’t know about this little gem.

Welcome Home

This updated four-bedroom two-story home on Ballard Drive is a steal at $3,500 a month.

The updated kitchen is open with a view of the spectacular backyard. A covered patio and grill next to the pool and hot tub will make this the place to be for summer barbecues.

The master bedroom is on the first floor, separating Mom and Dad from the three upstairs bedrooms with a game room and media room.

It’s walking distance from Lake Grapevine and less than three miles from the highly-ranked Southlake-Carroll schools.

I Heard It Through The Grapevine

There will be some cold days on which the backyard pool may not sound so enticing, but you’re in luck. There’s no shortage of things to do in this town.

Legoland Discovery Center, Sealife Grapevine Aquarium, Peppa Pig World of Play, and Nash Farm will get you started on the touristy stuff, but the live music, the No. 1 escape room in America (The Escape Game), and the amazing restaurants and wineries will make you glad you chose a home in Grapevine.

The city also is dubbed The Christmas Capital of Texas, boasting 1,400 events in 40 days, so you’ll want to get in on that while you still can.

Honestly, we could go on for days about all the cool stuff in Grapevine. It’s a destination city, so imagine how cool it would be to actually live there.

School Days

Once all the holiday parties are over, the kiddos eventually will have to hit the books again.

We’ve bragged on the Southlake area before, particularly its school district, so you know the kids are in good hands.

Tarrant County’s Carroll ISD received an A rating from txschools.gov, with across-the-board A’s in student achievement, school progress, and closing the gaps.

Carroll High School earned an A rating of its own, as did Carroll Middle School and Jack D. Johnson Elementary School.

What are you waiting for … Could it be any better?
