Live Like The Cool Kids In Southlake Luxury Lease

All the usual special features are offered: four-car garage, large game room, spa-like master bath, dream kitchen, iron spiral staircase, you name it.

I believe this house is what the cool kids call “fire.”

Yep, if there were an emoji explanation for the 2018 estate at 1000 Cool River Drive in Southlake it would be the little orange flame, the smiley face with its eyes bugging out, or the house emoji to signify that this is, in fact, home to the lucky family who snatches it up.

All the usual special features are offered: four-car garage, large game room, spa-like master bath, dream kitchen, iron spiral staircase, you name it.

This house is so cool, the word “cool” is in the freakin’ address.

Be Extra

Let’s talk dollars. This CalAtlantic palace features five bedrooms and six and one-half bathrooms. It’s on a cul-de-sac with a lake view. Its price tag is a cool (see what I did there?) $2 million, but it rents for $12,000 per month. That, my friends, is almost possibly do-able, and you will live like a king and queen, even if it’s just for a year.

The home was literally built for entertaining. The expansive great room with a towering fireplace is simply perfect for gathering around with a large family at the holidays. Imagine your holiday card: All the kids in their pajamas around a massive Christmas tree in your new, amazing house.

And for those who like to cook, the kitchen has dual islands, a built-in oven, Wolf range, and walk-in pantry.

Welcome To Southlake

Southlake has no shortage of amazing real estate, and the city itself is booming with “smart growth.”

Earlier this month, city officials announced the purchase of 12.5 acres on East Highland Street between Carroll and the Texas 114 Access Road for designated greenspace as a “passive park.”

The city of Southlake features family events, sports camps and recreation, and Bob Jones Nature Preserve. It’s a small town with nice homes, a great school district and enough amenities to keep residents from having to drive to Dallas for entertainment.

“Southlake is an incredible place to live,” said City Councilman John Huffman. “Between the exemplary schools, the world-class dining and shopping options, the expansive green spaces and developed park land, and the phenomenal people, it really is a gem in the metroplex. My family and I have called Southlake home since 2008, and it’s the only place we ever want to live.”

It’s also home to Southlake Town Square, whose restaurants and boutiques are walking distance from the Cool River home. Consider your Christmas shopping done in one stop.

Surrounded by Carroll, Grapevine, Colleyville, and Keller, the new tenants won’t run out of things to do or places to go.

The home is zoned for the A-ranked Carroll ISD.

Yanlin Quian of Keller Williams Realty is leasing 1000 Cool River Drive, Southlake, for $12,000 per month.
