This home we’ve dubbed the Jamestown Jewelbox is a piece of art. Built in 1960 and completely renovated this year by Schultze Signature Homes, the $1.25 million showpiece leases for $15,000 per month – worth every penny for 4,156 square feet of perfection. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, it’s not outrageous, but rather functional with some definite bragging rights. And you could still get lost in the master bedroom.

It’s begging to be used as a backdrop for a dinner party or to host the work of a budding artist or photographer.
