It’s officially fall and the weather is perfect for traipsing about Dallas to get a look inside some incredible listings. Lucky for you, there are more than a hundred open this weekend in highly sought-after areas during the Allie Beth Allman & Associates Autumn Arrivals Home Tour. It’s a great way to get to know a neighborhood if you’re searching for the right forever home for your family.

“There are some great homes on this tour,” said Allie Beth Allman, Founder and CEO of the Allman firm. “The Allman home tour is always a great opportunity for anyone interested in finding a fabulous home in a terrific neighborhood.”

All of the homes on the tour can be found on abaopenhousetour.com. Here are three homes Allman associates think you will love.

In Lake Forest, a fully gated, North Dallas luxury community, Gage Homes has built a three-bedroom, custom-designed home with tons of amenities. Offered by Susan Baldwin, the home at 7010 Stone Meadow Dr. has a vaulted ceiling in the great room, adjacent to the updated kitchen. The downstairs master suite opens to one of two secluded patios. The game room is upstairs as is an extra room that could be a study or exercise room.

Walk to the popular Highland Park Village from a five-bedroom home at 4311 Livingston Ave. The home has a grand foyer and a winding staircase. It features intricate millwork, arched doorways and high ceilings. The well-equipped kitchen has rare marble countertops. The media room is conveniently located adjacent to the main living room. Relax in front of the fireplace in the large master suite. A guest quarters is over the garage with its own entrance.

Looking to live above it all? Visit the penthouse at 1999 McKinney Ave. #2006, a premier Uptown high-rise building. The two-bedroom luxury loft includes 22-foot ceilings and two terraces. It features oak hardwood flooring in the living/dining area and polished concrete flooring in the entry and downstairs bedroom. The second-floor living area can serve as an office or bedroom. The master bath has dual vanities, a walk-in shower and separate tub. 1999 McKinney has a 24-hour attendant, pool and spa, fire pit and gas grills. A fitness center is under construction.
