He has eyed this overlooked area and knows that a bullet train and Uber HQ would completely change to the landscape over here. So he is pumping full steam ahead with multifamily slightly above the half-a-million mark. Move aside Knox Henderson and Lower Greenville! There a new kid in town! Also, Woodrow and Long feed into this area and have great STEM, Math, IB, arts, and business programs.”
